JDE 8.12 - need to run one job via JDE scheduler

I have a JDE 8.12 setup running for one of my client . They need to run one job via JDE scheduler , the report runs successfully when it runs manually . but unfortunately the job does not launch via the job scheduler. can anyone help how we can restart the jde scheduler services ?
