Cannot find stores that are available in RMS in RPM

As the title suggests, I'm not able to find any stores/zones in RPM web application.

When i try to create a price change, I'm not able to lookup a zone group or a location. Can you help me figure out what could wrong? what are the tables that might be the reason why I'm facing this problem? Is there any batch program that i must run before I'm able to see these stores?

I'm using v 13.2.6
