oracle internal error after query execute

hi all,

We get error bellow when we execute query


ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P002, instance ubp02a:I006_1 (1)
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [rwoirw: check ret val], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []


Any help will be great for us.
