ASCP Seeded 'APS Release' Responsibility has access to All MSC Reports

To release planned orders you need the APS Release Responsibility. However that Responsibility has on it the seeded 'All MSC Reports' request group. We have created our own request group to minimize what can be seen by most users if they try to do a concurrent request. In fact most planners don't even have the ability to execute concurrent requests on our custom menus. However, if you change responsibilities to 'APS Release' you can see all the concurrent requests there. We have a policy of not changing Oracle seeded roles.
