EM12cR4: Patching Plug-ins

We recently upgraded to EM 12cR4 and are looking at the care and feeding of our EM system.


The install upgraded our system to 12cR4 and we then upgraded all of our Agents to 12.1.0.4 so everything is current as of the upgrade date with the base release of the plugins running on the OMS and the agents. Now time has progressed and Oracle has released its OMS plug-in bundle 12.1.0.4.4 and has marked it as recommended. When I apply this bundle to the OMS, the various plug-ins one the OMS get updated to the .4 level (e. g., the DB plug-in goes from 12.1.0.6.0 to 12.1.0.6.4).
