Capitalize Projects - One project to One asset possible?

Capitalize Projects - One project  to One asset possible?  I know this is not reality or the norm, however, client has several old projects they want to clear out of Projects that they already added to Assets manually via WebADI.  So, they are looking for a clean way to do this.  Any suggestions?

i have played with Cost Allocation, etc.. however, they only way I have found is after the transfer to Assets, in Prepare Mass ADD - merging the lines together.  I appreciate the help.
