RSS Release from Blanket - P43E216

There are no instructions or setup notes for this application.  I am attempting to setup an environment that includes creating requisitions, that are converted to Purchase Orders.  During this process, the existing Blanket orders should be used, or at least the Buyer should be given an indication and a choice on whether to use a Blanket Order or not.

Has anyone set these up and used the process to create an order from a requisition and to consume a quantity from a Blanket order?
