How to check the Negative value in Inventory GL Account code

Hi,

My Inventory GL Code is showing negative value.and most of the Transactions are of Type Issue to Projects.

How can I check the Misc. Issues of such transactions, with respect to Quantity Issued, Value put by user if any, Total Value of such Lines, GL Accounts used for such transactions?

Is there any report which can fetch such data or please provide any query to fetch such data from back end?
