Develop an automated process to load a set of activities assigned to a set of users

Dear all,

I need to develop an automated process to load a set of activities assigned to a set of users, once loaded each user can display his assigned activates in My Activates view, in addition is there an expiration date for an activity, so that once expired it will disappear from the activities list?
