zfs pool rebalance after disk shelf add

Hello, Experts.

I'm using ZS3-2 cluster with 2 disk shelf and have a plan to upgrade to 4 disk shelf because capacity growth needed.

ZFS storage has 2 pool. (pool1-> 4TB SAS * 24EA / mirror) (pool2-> 4TB SAS * 24EA / mirror)

Each pool's capacity is roughly 92% and 94% used.

ex) pool1's original zpool status
