Private network not working between VMs

Hello,

I have built a rac 11.2.0.4 with four nodes runing on top of oracle vm 3.2.8. Each rac node (domu) has it's own Dom0.

The private network on the vms is not working between vms. (it worked before, but on one of the reboots it stopped working.

If I configure the private network between dom0 it works (have 4 network cards on each dom0), but on the vm it doesnt.

I check and the vif for the private network cannot startup. When the vm starts I see it UP for some seconds while booting up, but then it goes down.

The logs show:
