R12.1.3 - Project Cost Transactions not hitting secondary ledger

We are on R12.1.3. We are creating project cost transactions and interfacing them to GL. However they are hitting only the primary ledger and not the secondary ledger. How do we make the project cost transactions hit the secondary ledger?
