Cost Management SLA - User Defined ADR's with Conditions

Has anyone run into the issue when setting up Cost Management SLA that the User Defined ADR's are not able to be linked up to the seeded Oracle JLD's?  This only is happening when I have conditions defined on the ADR, a ADR referencing a distinct account works.
