It is possible to load CVs in e-Recruit without a position available?

We are implementing e-Recruit in a customer and we are wondering if it is possible for new applicants to load their CVs into the page without the necessity to apply for a new position. I mean, the idea is to give the applicants the option to load their CVs only in the data base to make the selection later.

I would appreciate any help on this,
