Fixed Assets date invalid error, enter start date that is after date acquired.

Only receiving this error when a Location exists for the asset master.  The asset master and location are initially entered with equipment status 'CP' (construction in process).  When updating the equipment status to 'IU' (in use) they are changing the date acquired to the current date.  They receive this error because the start date on the location is grayed out and cannot be changed.

Error Message:

Date Invalid

CAUSE:  The Start Date cannot be prior to the date acquired.

RESOLUTION:  Enter a Start Date that is after the date acquired.
