Expenditure Type DFFs - Capitalized Interest Qualified and Material Indicator

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

What are these 2 DFFs used for by Oracle Projects?  I can find zero documentation on these items and what they are for.  I just realized that they were there in R12 on the expenditure types when you go to the expenditure type setup form.
