ORAchk warns on root ulmits and gdb

ORAchk is potentially invaluable, but Quality Assurance leaves something to be desired. Can't be bothered raising an SR on this, so you can take it or leave it really.

I get a heap of warnings on /etc/security/limits.conf but this is a preliminary run as root without any Oracle software installed. The limits it complains about are for the root account. Values for oracle and grid accounts are defined as per requirements.

Slightly more annoyingly, ORAchk complains about a version of a package where our installed version appears to be well ahead of the minimum ORAchk says is good enough.

Howdy, Stranger!
