Siebel escript to save file on your user desktop

Hi All,

I have scenario where I need to export data from Siebel application in excel and store it on user desktop. The Menu--> Export feature is not used in this instance. This is due to the few child records details needs to be included when exporting out in excel.Its a thin client High Interactive mode.

Please suggest most viable approach.
