12.1.2.0.0 BM Deployment - ASR Failed (No rpms found)

I am just wondering if anyone out there who has performed a BM deployment of 12.1.2.0.0 was able to get ASR installed. I provisioned a V1 ODA using 12.1.2.0.0 and this was the only issue encountered. It looks like the process removes the asr rpms and proceeds to fail. I didn't see any mention of this being a known issue.

ERROR  : No rpms found

ERROR  : Failed in asr rpm installation

INFO   : Time spent in step 22 SetupASR is 19 seconds.
