Sale Order Error

Hi, I am getting error while saving customer order (but my order saved), and after performing shipping transactions I am getting line status as 'interfaced' but I am unable to see the order line in interface lines (Receivable module).

Please note that this issue is not with all the customers, let me explain with an example:

Product Name: A

Customer Number: 123456

Customer Number: 65-43-21

Price List: XYZ

First, I entered a customer order for product A, price list XYZ, and for customer 123456. This customer order processed without any error and I can see this customer order line in AR interface lines.
