field Validation Messages are not displaying on Homepage in siebel open ui

Hi,

In Contact BC Field validation is given to the cellphone number field as LEN ([Cellular Phone #]) >= 10 and Validation message is is added for the same whereas while adding the contact from homepage if the cellphone number field length is less than 10 then Validation is firing but it is not showing the validation message which is given at field.

Same Validation is working fine in non Open UI and showing proper Validation Message as well.
