Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi, if the scheduler job failed to run, what could be the possibilities ?

How to check if entsvr port no XXXX is running ? telnet entsvr xxxx ?

the port number can be found in jde.ini ?

In the P91300 form exit\change server, is the port no listed must be able to open from machine outside ?

pls see attached on the scheduler that user set up..
