Invalid account ID -Debrief error

Hi All,

We created a repair task in south africa org and while performing debrief we added the material items which are from germany org .After submitting hte debrief we  get "invalid account id" error.

we are performing the same step in Italy ,sweden,portugal orgs, we dont get any error.

The debreif material used in sout africa org is assinged to both south africa and germnay org,
