Unable to login to Oracle OVM error "Unexpected error during login (com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception

Hello Support Team,

Kindly assist, I can't login to OVM manager because of the errors below:

Unexpected error during login (com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_6000E Internal Error:

Connection refused

Please I need a quick guide on how to resolve this issue, no changes was made to the system, I only notice this the following morning I tried to login to the OVM manager.
