Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Exception On PRC: Transaction Import

Hello

We have received an exception on PRC: Transaction Import which relates to a OTL Timecard entry.

The situation was created by the following scenario.

A Timecard was created for an Employee dated w/e 7th September.which posted correctly onto 2 Projects.

HR Record was then updated to show Employee as Ex Employee from 16 August 2014

Timecard for w/e 7th September was deleted as it should never have been entered.

PRC: Transaction Import then run but now showing one exception for the Employee.

One Project was correctly updated so that 2 entries for the time show for w/e 7th September. One positive and then one negative entry.
