LOT is missing
Hi All,
For a particular item in a branch plant, lot is not picked up while Sales order creation. Thus while running cycle billing the order went on XX (administrative) hold and the message is "LOT is Missing". Right now status of the order is 578-580 and the shipment status is 80.
a. The Lot information in the item master is commitment method is 1 (lot with most quantity) and commitment date method is 1 (Lot expiry date).
b. The lot having the most quantity is valid in lot master (P4108). Expiry date is year 2042 but the rest of the dates are prior to the order & ship date. For example, order & ship date is 10/21/2014 whereas rest of the dates viz., on hand, best before, sell by and lot effective dates are 09/30/2014.
