Backup details view in 10.1.0.4

Hi,

Is there any view for 10.1.0.4 database where we can record database backup details like ..start time , end time and status(success/failure). I was trying to use the rc_backup_job_details view via 11g database catalog but I am not able to get the correct information in it. This seems to be some compatability issue. Can anyone suggest on this.
