Discussion or list of all the comments

Hi all,

comments are now only sent by notification and/or email and stored in the History; this makes the whole thing not very traceable and accessible to everyone.

A tab related to an item or to a change order or to anything else with all the comments listed (like a discussion in a forum) would be very helpful in my opinion.

Is there any plan to do something like that in a future new release?
