IRS Levy with Child Support and Adm Fee. Adm Fee goes below minimum net pay.

Wage Attachments for IRS Levy, State Levy and Child Support with Adm Fee. Calculation for the IRS Levy is set with minimum net pay of $195.19 and is working. Until a child support is added with an admin fee. the admin fee of $2 is taking the minimum net pay below 195.19 to 193.19. We have tried every different type of configuration and have not been able to resolve. Anyone of any ideas?
