R12.1.3 - Format Payment Instructions with Text completed in error - Java out of memory

Hi,

We are using Oracle R12.1.3 Payables and Payments  modules.  We are using seeded NACHA Format for processing electronic payments.

Our daily requirement is to process payment batches(PPR) with a volume range from 200k to 250k. Now we have a requirement to process volumes more than 300k and very soon it will reach till 450k also.

To meet this requirement we have set the parameter to -ms3072m -mx3072m at the options at concurrent program level for the program Format payment Instructions with Text ouptut.

After increasing the parameters we are still getting the java out of memory as below
