Period Close Pending Transactions Report not showing Pending Resource Transactions in Error Status

We are on 12.1.3.We have two pending resource transactions in error status which do not show up on the Period Close Pending Transactions Report though we are runing the report for ALL transaction types and resolution required and recommended.The count of these two shows up in the Inventory Accounting Periods Screen >Pending WIP Costing field .Has anyone seen this issue ?
