Unable to Hide additional information for Message choice: Appraised Performance

Hi,

This is regarding "standard appraisal" in Oracle PMS.

I am unable to personalize the additional information long tip associated with appraised performance field  which is a message choice ("Message Choice: Appraised Performance").

The long tip that directs to "/oracle/apps/per/selfservice/appraisals/webui/RatingLevelsInstPG" needs to be hidden and I am unable to do so using traditional way of personalizing tip type to none.

Can anyone share tips on how to achieve this? Attached snapshot for reference.
