R12.2 : adop -status -detail erroring out

Hi,

We have installed  a Vision R12.2 instance.    I need to upgrade to R12.2.4.     I am trying to execute adop status and am getting the following detail

adop -status -detail

Enter the APPS username: apps

Enter the APPS password:

declare

*

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

ORA-06512: at line 13

adop exiting with status = 1 (Fail)

[applvis@ora-obiee adop]$

can you please let me know, how to proceed.
