12.1.3 - unable to cancel drop ship sales order line
We have multiple orders where the line status = "Awaiting Receipt" but under additional line information>drop ship tab there is nothing listed. When we try to cancel the line it states "The drop ship order line (X.X) is being processed . You can change the line after the Requisition Import process has run successfully." What is the process to get these lines canceled.
OR
We have a PO, that is approved but canceled and when you try to cancel the line on the order it states "You are not allowed to cancel Order Line because: Order Line has associated Purchase Orders Approved." Yes there is a constraint, to not be able to cancel the line if it is approved, but it is a canceled PO so what is the process?
