How to view the Spawned Code in oracle

Hi,

We received an error when we ran "Auto invoice Master Program" in Oracle R12.

We are trying to view the source code which is causing the below error:

APP-AR-11526: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

ORA-06512: at line 1

We realized that the execution method is Spawned.

Could someone please suggest the method to debug the spawned code? we need information to find out the source code and find out what is causing the Auto invoice Master program to fail.
