regeneration table from dif environment

I need to regenerate a table in PY, but what is the diference between login in dv and do the regeneration and login in py and do the regeneration

I means, the diference between, step:

login dv

select table

get

design

business data CRP----------->here write down crp

crpdta

table operation and regenerate sucessfull

login py

select table

get

business data CRP----------->here is write crp as default, this info get from login environment

crpdta

design

table operation and regenerate sucessfull

I means idem step but different login environment

should be the same spec?

could be an issue?, get diferent spec?
