How to assign a sales order for repair line if automatic order processing step option is disabled?

Hi,

In Oracle Depot Engineer, I have created a repair order and logistics lines. I have unselected the option "Automatically order processing steps". Now I have a record in CS_ESTIMATE_DETAILS with ORDER_HEADER_ID and ORDER_LINE_ID as null. Now I have created a Sales order of type "Mixed" and booked the order. Now I am unable to assign the Sales order to REPAIR LINE. Is it possible? If so, how can I do this?
