Is it possible to add a standalone(with EBS data) database to be part of a EBS environment?

Hello All,

Is it possible to add a standalone(with EBS data) database to be part of a EBS environment? If yes, how do I do it.

Please note the this is replacing the existing 11g database of the R12 EBS environment to use a standalone 12c database (with all the EBS data in it).
