T4-1: Internal vswitch problem.

Hi all,

I would like to get some advices to proceed in debugging (or eventually opening an SR) the following problem.

Environment:

===========

  • T4-1 server running 12 LDOMs  (T4-1 FW 8.4.0.b )
  • Oracle Solaris 10 8/11   147440-19 running on Control Domains and all LDOMs. 

Old FW and OS patch level because of customer policies prevent an update if not properly authorized.

CD and LDOM configuration:

=====================

  • Internal Network interface (vsw0) configured on the CD to create an internal administrative network for the LDOMs
  • LDOM configured to have a virtual net (vnet3) relien on this vsw0
  • network 30.30.30.*  used as INTERNAL network lan
  • The internal network is used for communication between LDOMs and CD. This includes especially:  ping,ssh, nfs (control domain is sharing to all LDOM a common software repository), and CD configured to be loghost of all LDOMs.
