Setting up configurator assembly inclusion rules?

How would you setup assembly rules for a boot size and width?

I have 2 smart parts setup as Boot Size (BS) and Boot Width (BW). Now I want to concatenate them together somehow so that their values point to 1 item number. I other words I don't want to have to setup a rule for every combination of the 2 smart parts.
