Using OEM 12c to patch Oracle databases

Hello OEM experts -

We are planning to create a separate OEM user who will be only responsible to patch Oracle Databases in our infrastructure using OEM 12c tool. I wanted to understand what sort of privileges should we provide to the user in OEM to get the job done.

If you guys have done similar set up in your environment, your experience will help me. Even If there is any Oracle support note or documentation which lists this out, please provide me with references.
