Workspace user unable to authenticate - receives http 400 bad request error
Hello,
This is an EPM, FDM, HFM, FR 11.1.2.2 305 environment, using SSO. All of our users are working correctly but I have one user when accessing Workspace receives the following error:

We've tried different pc's, Citrix, it doesn't appear to be his IE version or pc. We use MS AD to control access and I provisioned directed in Shared Services, didn't make a difference.
