Journal Lines missing in Journal but visible from back end in 11i

There is one Journal, which has several lines but 2 lines are not visible from front end but can be found from backend in gl_je_lines table. Also the account code combination which is used in these two lines are not available in setup. Can anyone please help what can be the issue and what is the possible solution ?
