Purging a Text Batch in the Text File Processor

The E1 Financial Management Application Fundamentals 9.0 Implementation Guide contains a section on Purging a Text Batch in the Text File Processor, including the use of R007102 Purge Processed Transactions and R03B673 Purge Draft Remittance Records.  However, I don't see information on these UBEs in the MOS Knowledge Base.  Could someone create a document in the Knowledge Base related to this topic that provides more information on these UBEs?
