Siebel Freeze occurs during Warm Transfer when there is no SR created
Hi,
Any Siebel CTI experts can helps us identify why Siebel application always freeze during Warm Transfer when there is no SR Created.
Attached Detailed Scomm, TW and AOM logs during freeze for reference.
Scenario Tried is like:-
1. Made an Outbound Call with out a SR and then choose Consultative Warm Transfer Option.
2. Choose some available workgroup value under that Warm Transfer Popup applet.
3. Then Transfer to that Workgroup.
4. After some time we seeing driver message like Voice On Hold and then application getting freezed.
Would Apprciate if we get some information on this freeze.
