Change out deployment server 9.1

Hi, I am following a document Change out deployment server 9.1Doc # 659735.1.

My requirement is to have a separate dep 9.1, database, and Ent 9.1 servers so that I can upgrade that environment from 812 without impacting production. Please note that this is a test upgrade we are trying before the actual upgrade.

From 812/898 to 9147

What I did:

Following Oracle support document  659735.1,

1. From production server: Backed up \JDEdwards\E812 (including databases under Planner after detaching)

2. On New 9.1 server: Installed Oracle client, JD Edwards 9.1 under d:\JDEdwards\E910

3. Now I want to copy E812 into E910.

Should I copy like

\JDEdwards\E910 

\JDEdwards\E812

Or replace
