Oracle Critical Patch Update October 2014 - prerequisities

Hi all,

In my production we have implemented 11.2.0.4 rac 2 node in HPUX, now I am planning to apply oracle CPU oct2014 . Can anybody suggest is any interim patches need to be apply before going to apply this one?

Below is the output for opatch, pls guide me.
