1. Reviewing spfile I found for the majority of asm_diskgroup in spfile have old previously dropped asm diskgroup. The +ASM1 entry is the (only) most close to actual Disk Groups.

ASM SPFILE:

+ASM1.asm_diskgroups='FRA','DATA15K','DATACOG','FRACOG','DATA00','DATA05','DATA04','DATA03'#Manual Dismount

+ASM2.asm_diskgroups='DATA_15K','ARCHIVELOG','RECOVERY','REDOCTRL1','REDOCTRL','CMPLNT1','CMPLNTSSD','CMPLNT2','FRA','DATACOG','FRACOG','EMC_15K','DATA01','DATA02','DATA00','DATA_07','DATA_08','DATA05','DATA04','DATA_06','DATA_09','DATA_10','DATA03','DATA_11'#Manual Mount

Howdy, Stranger!
