Incorrect Calculation of Deprecation

Hi,

I created New Asset where cost of Asset is 1,411.76, DIS 31-OCT-2014, Prorate Date 01-Oct-2014, Dep Method 8 YEAR NEW (8 Year Life). I have created this new rate in system and define rates in Table. According to my calculate, Dep should be14.70 but system calculating 58.82. Can you confirm either i am making any mistake or system calculating incorrect. Please find screen shot of Convention and Dep Method.
