Siebel 7.8.2.16 OS upgrade to W2K8 R1 Microsoft Excel 2007 template not working

We are upgrading from W2K3 environment to Windows 2008 Enterprise R1 Plaftorm and running multiple Servers using Documentum within Siebel we are unable to launch Microsoft Office Professional 2007 Excel template it fails to launch. Are there known problems with Siebel or Microsoft Excel that need to be configured or checked on the Windows Server.

We are not seeing any errors other then failed message from Siebel. Any help or things we need to check or configure?
